Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Śilpa piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Making a Return You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Simply fill out our returns form on the website and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Return Shipping UK customers get free returns — we'll send you a prepaid label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we'll always cover the return, wherever you are.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges Submit a return and place a new order for the item you want — this is the fastest way to secure your preferred size or piece.
