By using our website and placing an order with Śilpa, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Who We Are Śilpa is a limited company registered in the UK. Our website is located at silpaclo.com. For any questions, contact us at info@silpaclo.com.

Placing an Order When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. You will receive a confirmation email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud — in which case you will receive a full refund.

Products & Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or amend products at any time. We make every effort to display products accurately, however colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Pricing All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. For international orders, duties and taxes are covered at checkout — nothing extra to pay on arrival. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. If a pricing error occurs on your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment We accept all major payment methods including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your payment details.

Discount Codes Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, and have no cash value.

Shipping All orders are shipped free of charge from our UK warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Exchanges Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery via the returns form on our website. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days. Returns not sent within this window may be rejected. Full details are available in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at info@silpaclo.com with supporting photos. If confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label, cover all return costs, refund your original shipping, and offer a full refund or exchange. All returned items are inspected on arrival. If an item is found not to be faulty or has been damaged through misuse, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send it back at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items All standard Śilpa pieces are eligible for return provided they meet the conditions above. Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page before purchase.

International Returns For international orders, duties and taxes are paid at checkout and are non-refundable on return.

Refunds Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — belongs to Śilpa. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Śilpa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
